These are the smaller, economy pizza ovens in FAGE 's range. They offer a facility to kitchens not specialising in pizza, such as chip shops & pub restaurants, but still want that authentic quality. These are two deck ovens, heated by three seperate elements.

These are FAGE's best selling electric ovens. Both have 2 independant decks, controlled by 4 seperate thermostats. Temperature in each deck is displayed by a thermometre. These have enough capacity to handle most busy takeaway or medium sized restaurants.The model 67/2T has been modified so each deck fits 4 x 12 inch pizzas - INCLUDING PANS.
