Suitable for cooking meat fish and many more foods in restaurants, canteens, take aways and pubs. It combines ease of cleaning with high speed cooking. The gas burners leat lava rock below the food which gives an authentic chargrilled taste. The food rests a on high quality steel grill (round bars). A container at the base collects excess fat. Model GL70 has an electro spark lighting system.

A more heavy duty char grill that is suitable for fish, meat, burgers, steaks, kebabs etc. Built with a stainless steel body and cooking grill, high quality aluminium coated steel gasburners. The gas flame heats lava rock supported by a high strength steel grid, which gives your food an authentic chargrilled taste.
the cooking grill can be tilted by use of an handle at the front. Excess fat runs off the grill to a container at the base of the unit. Burners are lit by an electro spark system. Built with a double housing to prevent over heating of the grill exterior.

Contact Grills (Electric)

These machinesare excellemt for use in restaurants, bistros and kitchens in general. They can be used to grate products like cheese, bread, biscuits and nuts. The machines are built in polished aluminium. The grater cylinder is made in an anodised aluminium with stainless steel teeth. Supplied with a collection bowl and a brush for cleaning the grater cylinder (S12 only). Safety switches are fitted for safe operation.
